Night Drop Boxes
If you are unable to come and see us during normal business hours, there are secure, 24/7 night drop boxes available to you at our Plattsburgh Main, Plattsburgh North and Roues Point locations. Deposit boxes are checked Monday-Saturday by the UFirst team.
Chat live with the UFirst team in a safe and secure online format. For UFirst members, live chat is accessible in online banking. If you do not have access to online banking or are not a UFirst member, you can still access the live chat from the UFirst website. Live chat is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
