When it happens, you know. Talk about feeling secure.

Account alerts let you know the moment something important happens in your account. You'll receive an instant notification by email or text for specific actions without the hassle of constantly reviewing your account.

With Account alerts, you'll always know exactly what's happening with your money and you can watch for suspicious activity. 

Be in the Know.

Choose from dozens of account alerts like: 
  • Account balances (low, high or current)
  • Transactions
  • When your loan payment is due or overdue
  • Cleared Checks
  • Changes to your personal info (phone, email, name, etc.)
  • and more...

Delivered the way you want.

Notifications are sent instantly using the delivery channels you choose: 
  • Text Message
  • Email

And you can always manage the way you get notified under the 'Manage Delivery' tab. So if your email or phone number changes, easily update it so you won't miss anything happening with your account. 

You can also choose quiet times so you don't receive alerts during the night. Any alerts generated during that time period will be held until the quiet time ends. 

Getting Started

Setting up Account alerts is easy. Here's how to get started:

Online Banking

  • Click 'Settings' in the top right corner of your online banking
  • Click 'Security Center' and choose 'Account and Security Alerts'
  • From there, pick the alert type, the account you want to monitor and set your criteria. Done! 

Note: To make changes to your saved alerts, you must first delete the alert under 'Active Alerts' and then create a new alert.  

Mobile Banking App

  • Under Quick Links, click 'Manage Alerts'
  • Click 'Account Alerts' and choose the account you want to monitor
  • Add new alert, pick the alert type and set your criteria. Done!
